it's been quite long!!

suddenly feel the urge to jot down a few lines.. have been away for long.
feel so blessed and at peace at this moment amid all the chaos.. i read it somewhere even in chaos you will find peace if you trust the Lord. i have always been restless all these months but at this particular moment i feel serene and i feel as though my soul is resting..and i love this poem by Shalom Freedman..

I WALK IN THE SILENCE OF THE NIGHT’S CALM

I walk in the silence of the night’s calm
Nothing disturbs me-
The light wind makes me feel more alive
I am overwhelmed by a sudden great happiness-
Why after so many years
Is God still good to me?
I walk in joy and gratitude
God has given me
So many years
And I am still alive.
